Our Story

From our humble beginnings in Hulhumale’, Dhithai has evolved into a dynamic force in the Maldivian business landscape. Our journey began with a vision to bridge gaps in the tourism and property management sector, recognizing the untapped potential of the Maldives’ breathtaking islands.

Starting with the establishment of Meri Maldives Guesthouse in Hulhumale’, we demonstrated our commitment to excellence in hospitality management. This initial success led to the expansion of our portfolio with the acquisition of an 11,000 sqft property in Baa Kamadhoo, where we developed a luxury guesthouse featuring 10 exquisite rooms and a restaurant capable of serving 250 guests.

Our growth reflects our deep understanding of the Maldivian market and our ability to identify promising opportunities.

Today, we’re proud to be developing a state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Center in Baa Kamadhoo, marking our latest venture into innovative hospitality concepts. This development showcases our commitment to expanding the Maldives’ tourism offerings beyond traditional experiences.
